on November 27, the reporter visited beihai Jiantao Green New Material Industrial Park Project at that time, Ma Lun, deputy general manager of Kingboard (Beihai) Industrial Co., Ltd., introduced that the planned land use of plot S1 in the first opening area of the project was planned to be completed in late November, and the construction of wall and subgrade was being carried out, with a construction period of one year, expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2025.

on November 16, Beihai Jiantao Green New Material Industrial Park project officially started construction in Tieshangang (Linhai) Industrial Zone Petrochemical Industrial Park. At the construction site of the first phase of the project, the reporter saw that many large excavators were busy digging, backfilling, and land leveling, and the construction site was in order.

on October 29, the 20th phase of 2024 in Beihai City, Guangxi Province, was invested by Kingboard (Beihai) Industrial Co., Ltd. at the reserve price of 81.22 million.

The plot will be used for the construction of Jiantao Green New Materials Industrial Park, which plans 200000 tons of electronic grade special resin and 140000 tons of epichlorohydrin.

The total investment of the project is 10.5 billion yuan.

The first phase of the proposed construction of 340000 tons of caustic soda, 140000 tons of epichlorohydrin400000 tons of hydrogen peroxide project;

the second phase of the proposed construction of 400000 tons of ethylene PVC, 200000 tons of phosgene polycarbonate;

phase III proposed construction 200000 tons of electronic grade special resin24 million sheets of copper clad panel project.

140000 t/a epichlorohydrin: hydrogen peroxide direct oxidation method, the construction of a 140000 t/a epichlorohydrin production plant, consisting of 2 sets of 65000 t/a chloropropene production plant and 2 sets of 70000 t/a epoxidation production plant.

200000 t/a electronic grade special resin: five production lines will be built, including 100000 tons/year KB-28 of basic resin, 55000 tons/year KB-500 of low bromine white gum resin, 25000 tons/year KB-505 of low bromine yellow gum resin, 10000 tons/year KB-400 of high bromine epoxy resin, 2500 tons/year KB-686N75 of halogen-free epoxy resin, 3500 tons/year E20 of halogen-free epoxy resin, 2000 tons/year KB-2350A80 of bromine-containing epoxy resin and 2000 tons/year KB-802 of phenolic resin.

After the completion of the project, it will effectively fill the gap in the field of copper clad laminate in the electronic information industry chain in Guangxi.

It is reported that the project is invested and constructed by Hong Kong Kingboard Group. It is a chain supplement and chain construction project for electronic information materials in the autonomous region. It will introduce downstream supporting enterprises to promote downstream supporting enterprises to implement 100000 tons of methyl chloride, 100000 tons of polyaluminum chloride, 100000 tons of calcium chloride and 200000 tons of methane chloride in stages according to the implementation of Kingboard North Sea Project, thus providing product supply chain guarantee for the development of downstream electronic printed circuit boards (PCB) in Guangxi, at the same time, it will also help the world's top electronic information industrialization clusters gather in Beihai to create a new industrial chain, extending from the chemical industry to the electronic information material industry.

kingboard (Beihai) Industrial Co., Ltd. was established on July 9, 2021 and belongs to Kingboard Group Co., Ltd. Kingboard Group is the world's largest manufacturer of copper-clad panels and the largest manufacturer of printed circuit boards in China.

Today, the production bases of Kingboard Group are mainly concentrated in Qingyuan, Jiangmen, Kaiping, Shenzhen, Nansha in Guangzhou, Kunshan in Jiangsu, Hengyang in Hunan, Xingtai in Hebei and other places in Guangdong.
