Production method

Production in industry isopropylamine mainly has the following two methods: 1. Acetone hydroammonization process the raw material acetone is sent to the reactor with copper-nickel-clay as catalyst, and hydrogen and ammonia are introduced to react under the conditions of atmospheric pressure and 150-220 ℃ temperature, the reaction product is purified by distillation to obtain isopropylamine, and diisopropylamine is also generated. The conversion rate of acetone reached 98, and the total yield of diisopropylamine reached more than 90. Raw material consumption quota: acetone 1390kg/t, liquid ammonia 450kg/t. 2. Isopropyl alcohol hydroamination isopropyl alcohol reacts with ammonia and hydrogen at 195℃ and 1.72MPa through porous nickel aluminum catalyst activated by barium hydroxide to generate isopropylamine and diisopropylamine. The total conversion rate of the reaction can reach 86, and the product yield (based on isopropyl alcohol) can reach 96, including isopropyl amine 37, diisopropyl amine 33, isopropyl alcohol 12 and water 18.
