In terms of synthetic rubber, it is used to produce styrene butadiene rubber, Butadiene Rubber, Ethylene Propylene Rubber, Nitrile Rubber, neoprene rubber, styrene butadiene latex, etc. In terms of synthetic resin, it is used to produce ABS, BS, SBS, MBS, epoxidized polybutadiene resin, liquid butadiene oligomer, etc.; In organic chemical production, it is used to synthesize sulfolane, 1,4-butanediol, hexanitrile, synthetic anthraquinone, 1,4-hexadiene, cycloocene, cyclododecantriene, etc. Used to manufacture styrene butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber, Butadiene Rubber, Nitrile Rubber and ABS resin, etc. It is an important monomer for synthetic rubber and synthetic resin, and also a raw material for preparing butyl alcohol and butanediol. Emulsion polymerization with styrene acrylic nitrile, etc. can produce styrene-butadiene latex and nitrile latex for adhesive and coatings, etc.; It can also be used as plasticizer

Production method

1. The ethanol method uses ethanol as raw material, magnesium oxide and silicon dioxide as the main catalyst, adds active additives, and catalyzes dehydration and dehydration at 360~370 ℃ to generate butadiene. 2. Extraction ethylene cracking unit by-product C4 fraction, using solvent extraction method to extract butadiene, Eihsia of the solvent used is different, can be divided into acetonitrile extraction method and, N-dimethylformamide extraction method. (1) acetonitrile extraction method uses acetonitrile as extractant. The C4 fraction of the by-product of ethylene cracking unit is sent to butadiene extractive distillation tower, and acetonitrile is added at the top. Butene and a small amount of butane are discharged from the top of the tower; Butadiene, alkyne and acetonitrile enter the first desorption Tower, and acetonitrile is desorbed, and return to the extractive distillation column. Butadiene and alkynes enter the second extraction Tower, add acetonitrile to the top of the tower, butadiene comes out from the top of the tower, enters the water washing Tower, and then dehydrate through distillation to obtain polymerization grade butadiene. (2)N,N-DMF extraction method uses cymbal, N-dimethylformamide as extraction agent. C4 fraction is extracted twice and rectified twice to produce qualified butadiene products. The first extraction removes impurities that are less soluble than butadiene and N-dimethylformamide, such as butene and butane; The second extraction removes impurities that are more soluble than butadiene by N,N-DMF, such as vinyl acetylene. The first distillation removes components lighter than butadiene, such as methyl acetylene; The second distillation removes components heavier than butadiene, such as CIS 2-butene, 1,2-butadiene, c5 fraction and high boiling point, finally get more than 99.5% 1,3-butadiene finished products. 3. It is prepared in large quantities by petroleum gas, that is, it can be directly obtained by cracking naphtha and light oil through catalytic dehydration of butene or butene-butane mixture.
