Production method

1. The carbonyl synthesis method (by-product of propylene to butyl alcohol) uses propylene and synthesis gas as raw materials to produce normal and isobutyraldehyde through carbonyl synthesis. After removing the catalyst, it is hydrogenated to normal and isobutyl alcohol, and separated by dehydration, they are respectively obtained as the product and isobutyl alcohol. 2. Isobutyraldehyde hydrogenation isobutyraldehyde conducts liquid phase hydrogenation reaction under the catalysis of nickel to produce isobutyl alcohol. 3. Recover isobutyl oil, the by-product of the distillation of synthetic methanol, from isobutyl oil produced by the production of methanol plant. After demethanol, salting out dehydration, and then azeotropic distillation, isobutyl alcohol is obtained.
