O-phenylenediamine was prepared from O-nitroaniline by sodium sulfide reduction or catalytic hydroreduction. Add 21 sodium sulfide solution and O-nitroaniline into the reduction pot, raise the temperature to 90℃, close the temperature to 105-110 ℃, raise the pressure to 0.1-0.2MPa, stir and reduce for 5 hours, and lower the temperature to below 40℃, filter. Heat and melt filter cake, vacuum distillation, collect 140-210 ℃(7.89kPa) fraction is O-phenylenediamine, yield 70-80. The hydrogenation process is carried out in an autoclave. The reaction temperature is 95-105 ℃, the pressure is about 2MPa, and the hydrogen reaction is carried out for about 1 hour under the action of nickel catalyst until the hydrogen pressure does not decrease. The yield of O-Phenylenediamine is above 97.
