The unreacted gas is recycled through the circulating compressor, and the liquid phase is low concentration isopropyl alcohol (15% ~ 17%), 85%~ 87% isopropyl alcohol aqueous solution was obtained through a crude distillation column, and then distilled to 95% by a distillation column, and then extracted to more than 99% by benzene. This method is the main method for producing isopropyl alcohol at home and abroad. This method does not use sulfuric acid, there is no corrosion problem, and the process is relatively simple. Second, sulfuric acid water is legal, that is, propylene containing more than 50% is used as raw material, and 75% ~ 85% concentrated sulfuric acid is used in the absorption tower under 50℃ and low pressure, dilute the absorption solution to 35% sulfuric acid content, and hydrolyze it into Isopropyl alcohol with low pressure steam in the desorption tower. The conversion rate of propylene in this method can reach more than 90%, and the crude isopropyl alcohol containing isopropyl alcohol can reach as high as 50% ~ 60%. This method uses sulfuric acid, which is highly corrosive to equipment. In addition, dilute sulfuric acid should be concentrated and applied.
