On November 11, Henan Shenmapley Materials Company Phase II 200000-ton nylon 6 slice project was successfully put into trial run at one time, marking that the project is about to enter the stage of efficient production.

The project, with an investment of about 0.89 billion yuan, is an important link in the strategic planning of the core business development of nylon chemical industry of Pingmei Shenma Group. It adopts the international advanced nylon 6 continuous polymerization production process and builds three 200-ton/day production lines. The products are positioned in differentiated and high-end nylon 6 slices such as thin film and full extinction. The project has low comprehensive energy consumption and high degree of automation. The main raw materials caprolactam and public works come from Nylon Technology Company in Nylon City, which is supplied by pipeline transportation, which not only guarantees the quality, but also saves transportation costs.

Henan Shenmaapi Material Co., Ltd. was established in November 2015. It is an enterprise specializing in the production of high quality nylon 6 slices. The company is located in Pingdingshan nylon new material development zone, covering an area of 100 mu, with a registered capital of 0.22 billion yuan and a planned production capacity of 300000 tons. The first phase of the company's annual output of 70000 tons of nylon 6 slice project was completed and put into operation in April 2018, filling the gap in nylon 6 production in Henan Province. Under the scientific planning of China Nylon City, the division of labor in the industrial chain was optimized, the supply and demand industrial chain of upstream and downstream enterprises was opened, and the whole industrial chain of caprolactam-polymerization-spinning was realized.

The company's main raw materials caprolactam and utilities are from the nylon city of nylon technology company, and the use of pipeline transportation to supply, to ensure the quality of raw materials, save transportation costs, for the quality of slicing to provide quality assurance. The company's second-phase 200000-ton nylon 6 slice project adopts foreign imported advanced technology, and builds 3 production lines and 1 test line. The products are positioned in differentiated and high-end nylon 6 slices such as film and full extinction, with an investment of about 0.89 billion yuan. After the completion of the project, it will strongly supplement the complete industrial chain of China Nylon City and comprehensively enhance the overall economic benefits of the nylon industry.

It is understood that the predecessor of Henan Shenmaapi Materials Co., Ltd. is Pingdingshan Sanxuo Nylon Development Co., Ltd. The company's first phase project has built two flexible polymerization production lines with a total design capacity of 70000 tons/year. It was completed and put into operation in April 2018. It fills the gap in the production of nylon 6 in Henan Province.

This year, the company successfully developed spinning grade, plastic grade, film grade 5 series, 13 grades of nylon 6 chip products, mainly for domestic and foreign high-end market, has been successfully exported to Germany, Italy, Israel, Japan, South Korea and Southeast Asia and other countries and regions.

The industrial structure of Shenma shares spans the two major industries of chemical industry and chemical fiber, forming a product pattern with nylon 66 salt and nylon 66 salt intermediate products, nylon 66 slices, modified engineering plastics, industrial yarn (cord fabric), BCF carpet yarn, airbag yarn and other leading products as pillars and relying on raw and auxiliary materials and related products. In recent years, on the basis of the existing nylon upstream and downstream product production capacity, the company has continued to expand the layout of the nylon industry chain through the implementation of key projects, external acquisitions and investment in subsidiaries.
