On July 29, the 200000-ton/year BDO(1,4-butanediol) phase II project of Xinjiang Xinye Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd. held a mid-term delivery ceremony, marking that the project officially entered the commissioning phase from the construction phase.

On July 29, the second phase of the new energy-based 200000 tons/year BDO(1,4-butanediol) project held a mid-term delivery ceremony.

As a key project in Xinjiang, the second phase of the new energy and chemical 200000 tons/year BDO project is a strategic measure to focus on the "five strategic positioning", seize the construction opportunities of "three bases and one channel" and "eight industrial clusters", and accelerate the development of coal, coal, electricity and coal chemical industry clusters. With a total investment of 1.8 billion yuan, the project covers civil engineering, piping, electrical and other professional fields of 38 plant projects such as acetylene plant, formaldehyde plant and BDO plant.

Ma Jinrong, secretary of the party Committee and chairman of the new energy company, said that since the start of the 200000-ton/year BDO phase ii project of the new energy company, the project construction leading group has insisted on moving the pass forward and sinking its strength, keeping a close eye on the time node, working hard and quickly, and strictly controlling the safety and quality pass of the project. the project construction will be handed over one month in advance and will be put into trial production at the end of August.

"It marks the full completion of the'Coal to Fine Chemical' project of the enterprise's modern coal chemical industry-high-end new material industry base, laying a solid foundation for the next development of high-end new material industry." BDO is an important organic chemical and fine chemical raw materials, BDO and its derivatives can be widely used in plastics, spandex, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and other fields. The two main raw materials of the product are calcium carbide and methanol, which are mature and stable, excellent product quality and broad industrial prospects.
