Recently, the 1.6 million-ton/year high-performance resin and new material project of Hengli Petrochemical (Dalian) New Material Technology Co., Ltd. constructed by Sinochem Labor Service Company passed the completion acceptance of the 42/260000-ton/year phenol-acetone oxidation distillation unit.

The device is one of the core devices of Dalian Hengli Petrochemical New Material Project. Sinochem Labor Service Company has undertaken all the installation tasks of the device. The construction contents include steel structure installation, equipment hoisting installation, process pipeline installation, electrical instrument installation, anti-corrosion and heat preservation and other specialties. Since the start of the installation in October 2022, in the face of many unfavorable factors such as tight construction period, harsh construction environment, great technical difficulty, and the impact of the epidemic, the project department has fully carried forward the "Chemical Construction Hunan Army" that can endure hardships, fight, and contribute. During the construction, in order to ensure the completion of the project schedule node on schedule, the project department took multiple measures, carefully organized and planned, strengthened the awareness of the schedule, carefully prepared and optimized the construction plan, and scientifically and effectively improved the project construction efficiency.
