electrolysis method is a more advanced cyanamide manufacturing method, through the electrolysis of the solution containing cyanide ions, the cyanide ions in the anode oxidation of cyanamide. The specific operation steps are as follows:

1. will contain cyanide ion solution into the electrolytic cell, through the direct current for electrolysis.
2. Cyanide ions on the anode are oxidized to form cyanamide, and hydrogen is precipitated on the cathode.
3. By controlling the current and electrolysis time, a higher purity cyanamide product can be obtained.

3. Acrylonitrile Process

Acrylonitrile process is a process for preparing cyanamide by the hydrolysis reaction of acrylonitrile. The specific operation steps are as follows:

1. mix acrylonitrile with water and heat to a certain temperature to hydrolyze acrylonitrile to acrylamide.
2. Acrylamide and ammonia reaction, cyanamide and acrylonitrile.
3. The unreacted acrylonitrile and the generated cyanamide are separated by distillation to obtain a higher purity cyanamide product.
