PA6T manufacturing method

1. Raw Material Preparation

2. Pelletizing: The cooled PA6T resin is cut into pellets of a certain length to facilitate subsequent processing and molding.
3. Drying: The pelletized PA6T pellets are dried to remove moisture and other volatile substances.

1. molecular weight detection: the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of PA6T were detected by gel permeation chromatography (GPC).
2. Thermal performance detection: The thermal stability, melting point and other thermal properties of PA6T were detected by thermal reanalysis (TGA) and differential scanning heat method (DSC).

5. packaging and storage

will test qualified PA6T pellets for packaging, generally using moisture-proof, light-proof bags, and then stored in a dry, cool, ventilated place, to avoid direct sunlight and high temperature environment.
