1. Introduction

With the continuous development of agricultural technology, nitrogen fertilizer, as an important fertilizer to improve crop yield and quality, has always attracted much attention. However, the traditional nitrogenous fertilizer manufacturing methods often have problems such as high energy consumption and pollution. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to develop a new, efficient and environmentally friendly nitrogen fertilizer manufacturing method. The purpose of this paper is to introduce a new type of nitrogen fertilizer manufacturing method, in order to provide some reference for the development of chemical production raw materials.

2. Materials and Methods

1. Material

The raw materials required for this experiment mainly include nitrogen, hydrogen, water and minerals.

2. the manufacturing method of new type nitrogen fertilizer

(1) mixing of nitrogen and hydrogen: mixing nitrogen and hydrogen according to a certain proportion to form a mixture of nitrogen and hydrogen.

(2) introduction of water vapor: water vapor is introduced into the mixed gas of nitrogen and hydrogen to make it react at a certain temperature and pressure to generate ammonia.

(3) Addition of catalyst: An appropriate amount of catalyst is added to the reaction system to reduce the reaction energy barrier and increase the reaction rate.

(4) Absorption of ammonia gas: The generated ammonia gas is absorbed with an absorbent to form ammonia water.

(5) Concentration and crystallization: ammonia water is concentrated and crystallized to obtain new nitrogen fertilizer products.

3. results and discussion

1. Manufacturing process of new nitrogen fertilizer

The manufacturing process of new nitrogen fertilizer is shown in Figure 1. First, nitrogen and hydrogen are mixed, and then water vapor is introduced. Under the action of a catalyst, a reaction occurs to generate ammonia. The generated ammonia gas goes through the steps of absorption, concentration and crystallization, and finally a new type of nitrogen fertilizer product is obtained.

2. The advantages of the new nitrogen fertilizer

(1) High efficiency: The new nitrogen fertilizer has a high nitrogen content, which can meet the needs of crop growth and increase crop yields.

(2) Environmental protection: Environmentally friendly processes and materials are used in the manufacturing process, which reduces the dependence on traditional energy and reduces environmental pollution in the production process.

(3) Economy: The new manufacturing method reduces production costs and improves production efficiency, making the new nitrogen fertilizer more competitive in the market.

3. Comparison with traditional manufacturing methods

Compared with traditional manufacturing methods, the new nitrogen fertilizer manufacturing method has the advantages of low energy consumption, low pollution and high efficiency. The specific comparison is shown in Table 1.

4. conclusion

this study introduces a new nitrogen fertilizer manufacturing method, the method has the advantages of high efficiency, environmental protection and economy, and meets the development requirements of green chemical industry. Compared with the traditional manufacturing method, the new method shows obvious advantages in energy consumption, pollution and efficiency. Therefore, the manufacturing method of new nitrogen fertilizer provides new ideas and methods for the development of raw materials for chemical production, and is expected to play a greater role in future agricultural production.
