2. Used to produce acetone, isopropyl ester, isopropylamine (atrazine raw material), diisopropyl ether, isopropyl acetate, thymol, etc

3. Used in pharmacy, solvent, extractant, antifreeze, etc.

4. It is an important intermediate in the production of pesticides. It can produce fungicides such as rice blast, isophane, etc., insecticidal acaricides such as aminopropyl, isocarbophos, methyl isofphos, propoxur, fenvalerate, etc., and Herbicide isopropanol, and can prepare bromoisopropane and chloroisopropane are also important intermediates of pesticides.

5. As a chemical raw material, it can produce acetone, hydrogen peroxide, methyl isobutyl ketone, diisobutyl ketone, isopropylamine, isopropyl ether, isopropyl alcohol ether, isopropyl chloride, fatty acid isopropyl ester and chlorinated fatty acid isopropyl ester, etc.
