Since the start of construction in June last year, the construction of the Juzhengyuan (Jieyang) new material base project settled in the Nanhai Petrochemical Industrial Zone has progressed smoothly. In the stage, the construction party gathered efforts to grasp the progress, speed up the construction site, overcome the high temperature weather, timely adjust the construction period, and strive for the completion of the project before the end of the year.

it is reported that, juzhengyuan (Jieyang) New Material Base Project plans to build 600000 tons/year propane dehydrogenation unit, 300000 tons/year polypropylene unit, 160000 tons/year acrylic acid unit, 1.5 million tons/year acetic acid and ester unit, 300000 tons/year butyl octanol unit, 200000 tons/year butyl acrylate unit, 150000 tons/year EVA unit, 300000 tons/year vinyl acetate unit and 980000 tons/year syngas cryogenic separation unit (including PSA hydrogen extraction device) and supporting storage and transportation, utilities and corresponding auxiliary facilities.

As of the end of July, the first phase of the project construction of acetic acid industry chain device project, a total investment of 0.604 billion yuan. The overall image of the project civil engineering has been completed by 70%. Among them, 62% of the water supply and drainage pipe network, 85% of the analysis and testing building, 85% of the central control room, 60% of the accident transfer pool and rainwater collection pool, 92% of the accident pool and rainwater monitoring pool, 82% of the circulating water station, 67% of the plant corridor, 72% of the class a storage and hazardous waste storage, and 86% of the 110 kV substation, the civil works of the initial rainwater pool in the acetic acid intermediate tank area have been completed, and the civil works of the acetic acid intermediate tank area have been completed.

The construction party said that it would strive for the main equipment to arrive at the factory on August 30 this year. On September 30, the installation of main equipment on site was completed and the 110 kV total transformer was equipped with power receiving conditions. On October 30, the installation of process pipelines was completed. On November 30, the process pipeline was pressurized, the installation and debugging of electrical meters were completed, and the equipment test run was completed. On December 15, the "three checks and four fixed" device water combined transportation was completed.
