Recently, Xinjiang Shuguang Lvhua Biotechnology Co., Ltd. has an annual output of 100000 tons of BDO and a co-production of 120000 tons of PBAT project 6500 the hoisting of the second series of PTA reactor equipment in place.

The 110kV total substation of the project received power successfully at one time, and another milestone node of the project was completed.

Project Progress

at present, workers are rushing to install equipment and cut steel pipes. The project has entered the equipment installation sprint stage, and the construction units are actively organizing manpower and material resources to ensure safe production and orderly progress.

Jiang Min, deputy director of engineering management of the company, said that 80% of the total construction progress has been completed so far, and it is expected to be delivered by August 30 and trial production will begin before October 30.

Project Overview

the project is based on natural gas1,4-butanediol (BDO) is produced as raw material, and 1,4-butanediol and purchased terephthalic acid and adipic acid raw materials are polymerized to produce degradable plastic PBAT. The main production units include natural gas oxidation to acetylene unit, acetylene tail gas purification and methanol synthesis unit, methanol oxidation to formaldehyde unit, PSA hydrogen extraction unit, BDO synthesis unit, PBAT polymerization unit and supporting public systems such as air separation, boiler and water treatment.

The total investment of the company's annual output of 100000 tons of BDO and 120000 tons of PBAT project is 4 billion yuan. After being put into production, the company can produce 100000 tons of BDO and 120000 tons of PBAT annually, realizing an output value of 3.6 billion yuan, a profit and tax of 1.7 billion yuan, and solving the employment problem of 600 people.

It is understood that Xinjiang Shuguang Luhua Biotechnology Co., Ltd. settled in the Chemical Industry Park of Tiemenguan Economic and Technological Development Zone in 2021. The project covers an area of more than 1100 acres and is planned to be completed in three phases.

After the completion of the project, it will inject strong kinetic energy into the Tie Menguan City to build an important chemical new material industry base in southern Xinjiang.
