project content: the project covers an area of about 250 mu, and the construction contents include 165000 tons/year liquid epoxy resin device, 12000 tons/year solid epoxy resin device, 10000 tons/year formula resin device, 14000 tons/year bisphenol F epoxy resin device and 10000 tons/year epoxy diluent device, supporting raw material tank farm, intermediate tank farm, raw material warehouse, chemical warehouse, finished product temporary storage warehouse, hazardous waste storage warehouse, spare parts warehouse, circulating water station, refrigeration station, substation, heat conduction oil furnace, thermal oxidation furnace, high concentration salt wastewater treatment, production auxiliary building, central control room, analysis laboratory and other public works and auxiliary facilities. This project is the first phase of the 320000-ton/year epoxy resin special new materials project of Guangxi Huayi New Materials Co., Ltd. The second phase of construction covers 120000-ton/year special (brominated, phenolic, electronic, water-based, vinyl, etc.) epoxy resin plant and its supporting public works auxiliary facilities.

Guangxi New Materials is a secondary company registered and established by Shanghai Huayi Holding Group Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Huayi Group Co., Ltd. on January 9, 2019 in the Petrochemical Industrial Park of Guangxi Qinzhou Port Economic and Technological Development Zone according to 40% and 60% share ratios. The company is responsible for the construction, production and operation of propylene, n-butanol, isobutyraldehyde/alcohol, acrylic acid, butyl acrylate, acetone, bisphenol A and other products using propane, synthesis gas, benzene as raw materials.

According to the development pattern of "one Huayi, national business and overseas development", the projects already built by Guangxi New Materials in Huayi Qinzhou Chemical New Materials Integration Base include 750000 tons/year propylene and downstream deep processing project (hereinafter referred to as "C3 Project") and 200000 tons/year bisphenol A project. The construction includes 750000 tons/year propane dehydrogenation unit, 300000 tons/year butanol unit, 2x 200000 tons/year acrylic acid and ester unit of C3 project, 280000 tons/year phenol acetone unit and 200000 tons/year bisphenol A unit of BPA project. Supporting raw material and product tank farm, public and auxiliary facilities, system engineering and off-site engineering, etc.

In order to further strengthen the company's strength, give full play to the existing industrial advantages, and actively develop the requirements of circular economy, Guangxi New Materials decided to implement a new epoxy resin special with an annual output of 200000 tons in the No. 10 plot of the Petrochemical Industrial Park of Guangxi Qinzhou Port Economic and Technological Development Zone New Material Project (this project), this project is one of the first batch of key projects to be implemented in the third phase of the "Integrated Base.

with the goal of "carbon peak" and "carbon neutrality" put forward by the state, the demand for clean energy such as wind power has increased significantly. 2. In line with the park development plan:

according to the "Guangxi Qinzhou Petrochemical Industrial Park Master Development Plan", the park will become an important core of industrial economic development in the Pan-Beibu Gulf region and an important cluster leading the high-end development of the national petrochemical industry, and gradually realize the two-way petrochemical raw materials and products of Qinzhou City and ASEAN countries. 3. Meet the requirements of enterprise development:

guangxi Huayi New Materials Co., Ltd. has completed and put into production a 200000-ton/year bisphenol A project, and the base also plans to have a 150000-ton/year cyclochloropropane project. These two products are the most important raw materials for the production of epoxy resin in this project. In addition, the liquid caustic soda required for this project can be supplied by the caustic soda plant of Guangxi Huayi Chlor-Alkali Chemical Co. The by-product high-concentration brine of this project can be refined and comprehensively utilized to realize the utilization of brine resources.
