The construction site is located in Shenmu High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Shaanxi Province, with a total investment of about 13.2 billion yuan.

The production scale is 250000 tons of epoxy resin, 100000 tons of POE and 30000 tons of ethylene propylene rubber per year.

It is a key demonstration project of "coal-based, coal head and tail" supported and built by Yulin Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government to extend the chain, supplement the chain and strengthen the chain.

The company is located in Shenmu High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Shaanxi Province. It fully relies on the existing coal-to-methanol industry and chlor-alkali industry in the park to open up a new route of epoxy resin, and deeply integrates with traditional chlor-alkali chemical industry and coal chemical industry to realize mutual supply of raw materials, and build the world's first set of epoxy resin and downstream industry chain projects with coal-based methanol as the source.
