Recently, the Longjiang Chemical Polycarbonate Joint Project is undergoing equipment installation and process pipeline prefabrication. According to the relevant person in charge of the project, at present, all the large-scale equipment has been hoisted and has been transferred to the stage of prefabrication and welding of process pipelines. It is planned to realize the intermediate delivery of the equipment by the end of July and reach the production conditions by the end of the year.

longjiang Chemical 260000 Tons/Year Polycarbonate Joint Project

the polycarbonate joint project is one of the top 100 projects in Heilongjiang Province, and it is also a key project to realize the "oil head and tail. The whole industrial chain of toluene-propylene-phenol/acetone-bisphenol A- polycarbonate is built with the propylene toluene increased by Daqing Petrochemical Company of PetroChina as raw material.

The first phase of the project plans to invest 3 billion yuan, including the construction of 3 sets of 350000 tons/year phenol acetone, 200000 tons/year bisphenol A, and 200000 tons/year pure benzene. The annual sales revenue is expected to be 4 billion yuan and the profit and tax is 1.5 billion yuan; The second phase of the project plans to invest 3 billion yuan to build a 260000-ton/year polycarbonate project. It is expected to achieve sales revenue of 4 billion yuan and profit and tax of 1.3 billion yuan in the year after production.

After the project is put into operation, 250000 tons/year of toluene raw materials (220000 tons provided by Daqing Petrochemical Company and 30000 tons purchased) will be used to produce 200000 tons/year of benzene. 200000 tons/year benzene raw materials, all into the downstream phenol acetone unit, and Daqing Petrochemical Company to provide 100000 tons/year propylene raw materials, produce 130000 tons/year acetone and 220000 tons/year phenol. 50000 tons of acetone per year and 170000 tons/year of phenol into the downstream bisphenol A plant, the production of bisphenol A raw materials 200000 tons/year, the remaining 80000 tons/year of acetone and 50000 tons/year of phenol are all exported.
