Cangzhou Dahua 200,000 Tons of Bisphenol A Production Capacity Put into Production

Cangzhou Dahua Co., Ltd. announced on the evening of August 8 that the annual output of 200,000 tons of bisphenol A project was recently put into operation to produce polycarbonate grade bisphenol A qualified products.

This project is a self-built supporting raw material project for Cangzhou Dahua Polycarbonate Plant. It is

located in Lingang Chemical Park, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. It covers an area of about 99.5 acres and has a design capacity of 200,000 tons per year.

With the successful commissioning of Cangzhou Dahua Bisphenol A project, the total domestic bisphenol A production capacity exceeds 3 million tons/year, reaching 3.035 million tons/year. The production capacity expected to be put into production during the year is Jiangsu Ruiheng 240,000 tons and Guangxi Huayi 200,000 tons.

On August 10, Luxi Group's Third Engineering Division organized bisphenol A project operators to hold an on-site mobilization meeting for the final sprint phase. All units are required to complete the work with consistent goals, concerted efforts, quality and quantity on the premise of ensuring safety and quality. After the meeting, the division leaders made work arrangements for the company manager and the person in charge.

Luxi Group's annual output of 1.2 million tons of bisphenol A project is a major provincial project, which is a project with outstanding characteristics of industrial chain extension. The total investment is 6.4 billion yuan, the total area is 255 mu, and the average investment intensity per mu is 25 million yuan. It mainly builds 6 sets of bisphenol A production equipment with an annual output of 200,000 tons and supporting raw material transportation, product storage and other facilities. The first phase of the 200,000-ton bisphenol A plant under construction is planned to be completed and put into operation in August 2022, with an annual increase in sales revenue of 3.3 billion yuan and a profit and tax of 0.5 billion yuan.
