In addition to physical performance testing, chemical performance analysis is also one of the important means to evaluate the quality of BOPET film. In the analysis of chemical properties, it mainly includes the detection of film components, additives and pollutants. For example, the composition of the film can be analyzed by infrared spectroscopy to determine whether it contains impurities or additives. The thermal stability of the film can also be tested by a thermogravimetric analyzer and other equipment to evaluate its performance in a high temperature environment. It is also very important to detect the adhesion and pollutants on the surface of the film, and the qualitative and quantitative analysis can be carried out by means of surface contact angle test and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis.
