③ heat transfer: the material added in the reaction kettle will generate a lot of heat in the reaction process, so it is necessary to set up a heater or refrigerator in the reaction kettle, so that the temperature can be determined and controlled, so as to ensure the smooth progress of the reaction.

④ Separation: After the reaction is completed, the reaction material in the reactor is separated by the lifting device for subsequent processing.

(1) Before feeding, first check whether the temperature, pressure, water level, medium and other parameters of the reactor are normal to ensure safety.

(2) When feeding, chemical substances should be added according to the demand, and the order should be paid attention to to avoid dangerous situations such as explosion.

(3) When stirring, the rotating speed and stirring angle should be controlled to avoid affecting the reaction efficiency.

(4) The reaction process in the reactor should be common to detect important parameters such as temperature, pressure, residual amount of reaction materials, etc., to avoid overheating, overpressure, insufficient reaction materials, etc.

(5) After the reaction is completed, the reaction material needs to be separated for subsequent treatment.
