The control electric signal generated by the PID is output to the heating jacket via an SSR (semiconductor relay). Then, the temperature of the heated object is collected by the thermocouple, thermistor and other sensors inside the heating sleeve, and fed back to the PID to realize the closed-loop control of the temperature.
