Reflux pump is a kind of liquid conveying equipment widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, petroleum and other fields. Its main function is to transport low-pressure, low-flow but high-lift liquids to higher locations, such as storage tanks, tanks, reactors, and pipelines. The actuator of

reflux pump is mainly composed of impeller, pump body, import and export pipeline, bolt cover and shaft seal. Its working principle is relatively simple. The liquid is sucked into the pump body from the inlet. After the rotation of the impeller, a large amount of centrifugal force is generated in the pump body to compress and push the liquid to the outlet. When the liquid is subjected to resistance at the outlet and cannot flow out naturally, part of the liquid will flow back into the pump body and enter the suction port again along the return pipe. This back and forth flow creates a stable fluid environment in the impeller and the pump body, which improves the efficiency and stability of the reflux pump during high-lift delivery. The choice of

reflux pump is related to its application environment, transmission medium, transmission flow rate and head. It is generally believed that the head of the reflux pump is greater than the highest height of the conveying medium, and the flow rate needs to be reasonably designed and selected according to the actual demand. When using the return pump, it is necessary to pay attention to the gap between the impeller and the pump body, the sealing effect of the shaft seal, the setting of the return pipe and the valve, and the maintenance of the pipe to keep clean and non-clogging.
