N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAC) is an important organic chemical raw material, which is widely used in medicine, pesticide, synthetic fiber, plastic, rubber and other fields. 1. Raw Material Preparation

2. Unreacted raw materials and by-products can be recovered by treating the distillation residue.

4. precautions

1. During the manufacturing process, pay attention to controlling the reaction temperature and pressure to avoid overheating and overpressure.
2. A large amount of irritating gas will be produced during the reaction, and ventilation and protective measures are required.
3. In the process of post-treatment, pay attention to the safety of operation, avoid scalding and contact with irritating substances.
