of SIS rubber

2. Stirring and heating: Turn on the stirrer to fully mix the reaction materials while heating the reactor to a predetermined temperature.
3. Initiating polymerization: When the temperature in the reaction kettle reaches a predetermined value, an initiator is added to initiate the polymerization reaction.
4. Constant temperature reaction: At a constant temperature, let the reaction proceed for a period of time to ensure the full growth of the SIS rubber molecular chain.
5. Post-treatment: After the reaction, the reaction product is subjected to post-treatment operations such as devolatilization, filtration, washing and drying to obtain a finished SIS rubber product.
