of acetaldehyde

2. In the reactor, ethylene is oxidized to acetaldehyde at high temperature.

3. acetylene hydration

acetylene hydration is a method of acetylene and water as raw materials, under the action of a catalyst, through the hydration reaction of acetaldehyde. The specific steps are as follows:

1. mix acetylene and water in a certain proportion and enter the hydration reactor.
2. In the reactor, acetylene and water are hydrated under the action of the catalyst to produce acetaldehyde.
3. The reaction product was cooled and separated to obtain crude acetaldehyde.
4. The crude product of acetaldehyde is refined to obtain a higher purity acetaldehyde product.

the above three methods can be used to produce acetaldehyde, alcohol oxidation is the main method for the production of acetaldehyde at home and abroad, because its raw material ethanol is widely available, the price is relatively low, and the process is more mature.
