1. introduction
with the continuous development of agricultural industry, pesticides are more and more widely used in agricultural production process, which plays an important role in improving crop yield and quality. However, traditional pesticide manufacturing methods are often inefficient and have a certain impact on the environment. Therefore, it is of great significance to study new, efficient and environmentally friendly pesticide manufacturing methods. The purpose of this paper is to explore the manufacturing methods of pesticides in the field of chemical production raw materials, in order to provide reference for the development and production of pesticides.

The raw materials required for this experiment mainly include benzene, methanol, sodium hydroxide, etc.

3. Manufacturing method
(1) Benzene and methanol are added into the reactor according to a certain proportion and stirred evenly;
(2) During the stirring process, sodium hydroxide solution is gradually added to adjust the pH value to a predetermined range;
(3) Keep stirring for a certain time at a certain temperature to make the reaction fully proceed;
(4) After the reaction is completed, perform post-treatment to obtain pesticide products.

Through the experiment, we successfully made the insecticide product, and its product quality and yield reached the expected goal. Specific data are shown in Table 1.

2. Discussion
In the manufacturing process, we improved the quality and yield of pesticides by optimizing the parameters such as raw material ratio, pH value, reaction temperature and time. At the same time, we have adopted an environmentally friendly production process to reduce waste emissions in the production process, which is conducive to environmental protection. Compared with other manufacturing methods, this method has the advantages of simple operation, high production efficiency, environmental protection, etc., and has a good application prospect.
4. Conclusion
This study discusses a method of manufacturing pesticides in the field of chemical production raw materials, and through experiments, the pesticide products with stable quality and high yield have been successfully produced. This study provides new ideas and methods for the development and production of pesticides, and helps to promote the sustainable development of pesticide industry. In future research, we will further optimize the production process, improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, and provide more high-quality and efficient pesticide products for agricultural production. At the same time, we will also pay attention to the impact of pesticides on the environment, and strive to develop more environmentally friendly and safe pesticides to contribute to the safety of agricultural products and the ecological environment.
