1. Introduction

2. Materials and Methods

1. Material

Natural Rubber: Select high-quality natural rubber as the main raw material.

cigarette: Select high-quality cigarette as an additive to improve the wear resistance and anti-aging properties of the rubber.

other additives: such as vulcanizing agent, accelerator, antioxidant, etc., according to the actual need to add.

mixer: used for mixing rubber material.

mill: used for calendering and forming.

vulcanizer: used for the vulcanization process of rubber.

3. Manufacturing method

(1) Ingredients: According to the predetermined formula, the natural rubber, tobacco tablets and other additives are accurately weighed and put into the internal mixer.

(2) Mixing: In the internal mixer, the rubber is mixed at high temperature and high pressure to make all kinds of raw materials fully and evenly mixed together.

(3) Calendering: Put the mixed rubber material into an open mill and calender it to make it uniform in thickness and form a film of a certain shape.

(4) Forming: According to product requirements, the film is cut into the corresponding shape and size, and then formed.

(5) Vulcanization: Put the molded cigarette rubber into the vulcanizer and vulcanize it, so that the rubber material has excellent physical and mechanical properties and chemical stability.

Through the above manufacturing method, we have successfully prepared high-quality cigarette adhesive with the following performance indicators: tensile strength ≥ 20MPa, elongation at break ≥ 500%, hardness (Shore A)60±5, excellent wear resistance and good aging resistance.

2. Discussion

In the manufacturing process of cigarette adhesive, mixing is a key link, which determines the quality of the adhesive. In order to ensure the mixing effect, we need to control the temperature and pressure of the mixer, as well as the mixing time. At the same time, the selection of suitable additives is also an important means to improve the performance of the compound. For example, adding an appropriate amount of antioxidant can prolong the service life of the cigarette adhesive; adding an appropriate amount of vulcanizing agent and accelerator can improve the vulcanization speed and degree of vulcanization of the rubber.

4. conclusion

This study successfully explored a manufacturing method of cigarette adhesive, which has the advantages of simple operation, high efficiency and stable product quality. By optimizing the formulation and process parameters, we can further improve the performance indicators of cigarette adhesive to meet the application needs of different fields.
