During the reaction, the remaining premix and initiator were gradually added dropwise through a dropping funnel. At the same time, the pH value of the reaction system is controlled within the set range.
(4) Post-treatment: After the reaction is completed, the product is cooled to room temperature, the pH value is adjusted to neutral with sodium hydroxide solution, and the impurities are removed by filtration to obtain a polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer monomer.
