The pH and washing temperature need to be controlled during the washing process to ensure product purity.

4. decolorization

The crude DOP after washing contains a certain amount of pigments and impurities, and needs to be decolorized. Commonly used decolorization methods are activated carbon decolorization and ion exchange resin decolorization. In the decolorization process, it is necessary to control the amount of decolorizing agent and decolorization time to ensure the decolorization effect and product quality.

5. dehydration

a certain amount of water is contained in the decolorized DOP, and dehydration treatment is required. Commonly used dehydration methods include molecular sieve dehydration, vacuum dehydration, etc. During the dehydration process, it is necessary to control the temperature and vacuum degree to ensure that the water can be effectively removed.

6. Finished Product Packaging

The finished DOP processed by the above steps needs to be packaged for storage and transportation. During the packaging process, care should be taken to maintain product stability and avoid contamination. Commonly used packaging materials are plastic drums, iron drums and so on.
