Abstract
This paper introduces the manufacturing method of emulsion in the field of raw materials for chemical production in detail. Through the discussion of the principle of emulsion manufacturing, combined with experimental data and results, the article provides a comprehensive emulsion manufacturing method to improve the quality of emulsion and production efficiency.
1. Introduction
emulsion is widely used in chemical industry, daily chemical industry, medicine and other fields, so it is of great significance to study its manufacturing method to improve product quality and production efficiency. In this paper, the basic principle of emulsion manufacturing will be discussed, and an effective emulsion manufacturing method will be provided by combining experimental data and results.
2. Emulsion Manufacturing Principle
Emulsion is a dispersed system composed of two or more immiscible liquids, in which one liquid is dispersed in the form of droplets in the other liquid. The emulsion manufacturing process mainly includes the following steps:
1. Dispersion: Disperse oily substances in aqueous substances to form water-in-oil or oil-in-water emulsions.

can be seen from Table 1, with the increase of stirring speed, the particle size of the emulsion decreased gradually, and the stability increased gradually. At the same time, the increase in the amount of emulsifier also helps to improve the stability of the emulsion. Considering the production efficiency and product quality, the experimental conditions of stirring speed of 2000rpm and emulsifier dosage of 2% were selected for emulsion preparation.

1. add aqueous and oily substances into the emulsifying pot in proportion, start the stirring device, and adjust the stirring speed to 2000rpm.

4. Quality inspection of the prepared emulsion to ensure that it meets the relevant standards.
