1. Introduction

Acrylic acid series compounds are an important organic chemical raw materials, widely used in coatings, adhesives, plastics, fibers, leather and other fields. 2. Transesterification

acrylamide is the product of the reaction of acrylic acid with ammonia or ammonium salt, widely used in water treatment agents, paper additives and other fields. The main production processes of acrylamide are aqueous solution polymerization and emulsion polymerization.

aqueous solution polymerization method is acrylic acid, ammonia and initiator as raw materials, polymerization reaction in aqueous solution to produce acrylamide.

The process needs to control the reaction temperature, pH value and the amount of initiator and other factors in order to obtain the acrylamide product with moderate molecular weight and excellent performance.

emulsion polymerization method is acrylic acid, ammonia and emulsifier as raw materials, in the emulsion polymerization reaction to produce acrylamide emulsion. The process has the advantages of fast reaction speed and good product quality.
