In this process, the contact area between water and air is also very important. In order to increase the contact area between water and air, some fillers are usually arranged inside the cooling tower, so that the cooling water can be dispersed into multiple films, increasing the contact area with air, thereby increasing the efficiency of heat exchange.

Then, the air close to time in the tower will form convection due to the evaporation of water. In fact, it is through the water from the bottom of the tower into the tower, in the process of rising evaporation, continue to produce the effect of temperature drop.
