2. Methyl acetate Preparation method
1. Sulfuric acid catalytic
Sulfuric acid catalytic method is a common method for the preparation of methyl acetate. The preparation process is to mix acetic acid and methanol into the reactor, and then add an appropriate amount of sulfuric acid as a catalyst, control the reaction temperature between 60 ℃-70 ℃ for esterification reaction. After completion of the reaction, the methyl acetate product was finally obtained through a separation and purification process.
2. Acid-base catalysis
Acid-base catalysis is a simple and efficient method for the preparation of methyl acetate. The preparation process is to mix acetic acid and methanol, add a certain amount of sodium hydroxide as alkali catalyst, control the reaction temperature between 35 ℃-50 ℃ for esterification reaction. After completion of the reaction, the methyl acetate product was finally obtained through a separation and purification process.
3. solid acid catalytic method
solid acid catalytic method is a green and environmental protection method for the preparation of methyl acetate. The preparation process is to add a catalyst to the vinegar, the usually used catalyst is ion exchange resin or molecular sieve, and then add methanol, control the reaction temperature between 60 ℃-70 ℃ for esterification reaction. After completion of the reaction, the methyl acetate product was finally obtained through a separation and purification process.
