2. Method for adding a silicone component

The silicone component is dispersed in an aqueous solution of silica gel by shaking and reacting to form a silica gel flame retardant. It is characterized by good flame retardant effect and excellent high temperature resistance.

3. Method for adding ternary composition

This method mainly uses silane, silicone resin and hydroxypolyamide as ternary composition, and prepares silica gel flame retardant after heating reaction. The flame retardant effect is good, and the formed silica gel flame retardant material has certain insulation properties.

4. Method for adding an organotin compound

The method is mainly to dissolve an organotin compound acetobutyrate in a water-soluble silicone resin aqueous solution with a solid content of 25%, and prepare a silica gel flame retardant through a heating reaction. This kind of silica gel flame retardant material has good flame retardant effect, and also has strong high temperature resistance and water resistance.
