1. acrylamide production process
acrylamide production process mainly has three kinds, namely, propylene amination method, cyanate ester method and acrylic acid amide polymerization method.
1, propylene amination method
propylene amination method is the main production method of acrylamide, the production of raw materials for propylene, ammonia and water. The specific process is as follows:
(1) Ammonia and propylene are mixed and placed in a reaction kettle for catalytic amination reaction to generate acrylamide. The mixed gas after the reaction in

2, cyanate ester method
cyanate ester method is a new type of acrylamide production process, the production of raw materials for propylene, hydrocyanic acid and ammonia. The specific process is as follows:
(1) Hydrocyanic acid and propylene are mixed and added into a reaction kettle for dehydration condensation reaction to obtain cyanate propylene ester.
(2) Add allyl cyanate into a heated reaction kettle, and add ammonia gas for hydrogenation reaction to generate acrylamide. The mixture after the reaction
(3) is concentrated by evaporation in a concentration tank to obtain concentrated acrylamide. Acrylamide concentrated
(4) is separated by rectification in a rectifying column to obtain pure acrylamide.
3, acrylic acid amide polymerization method
acrylic acid amide polymerization method is a relatively simple acrylamide production process, the production of raw materials for acrylic acid and ammonia. The specific process is as follows:
(1) Acrylic acid and ammonia gas are mixed and heated in a reaction kettle for polymerization to generate acrylamide. The mixture after the reaction

(3) is separated by rectification in a rectifying column to obtain pure acrylamide.
2. the preparation method of acrylamide
