On September 20, the "Service-oriented Manufacturing Miles-Entering the Green New Energy Industry" conference was held in Songjiang, Shanghai. The three-year action plan for deepening the high-quality development of service-oriented manufacturing enabling industry in Songjiang District (2023-2025) was released on the spot to improve the development level of service-oriented manufacturing and promote the high-quality development of manufacturing industry.

Under the overall layout of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Shanghai has attached great importance to the development of service-oriented manufacturing in recent years, actively promoting the deep integration of manufacturing and services, and helping the manufacturing industry to improve quality and efficiency. At present, there are 31 national service-oriented manufacturing demonstration subjects (including 2 service-oriented manufacturing demonstration cities), 202 municipal service-oriented manufacturing demonstration enterprises (projects and platforms), and the total number of national service-oriented manufacturing demonstration ranks first in municipalities directly under the Central Government.

It is understood that this trip is also the first time to enter the Shanghai area. Songjiang District, where the conference is held, is not only the fourth batch of national service-oriented manufacturing demonstration cities recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2022, but also the country's first batch of advanced manufacturing and Modern service industry integration development pilot area. As the source of the Yangtze River Delta g60 Science and Technology Corridor, Songjiang anchors the "Three Firsts" corridor strategy, promotes the Yangtze River Delta g60 Science and Technology Corridor from the grassroots vivid practice of adhering to the new development concept to an important platform for national strategy, and accelerates the creation of advanced manufacturing industry clusters with international competitiveness. Up to now, Songjiang has 1634 regulated industrial enterprises, ranking first in Shanghai for two consecutive years and second in industrial output value.

At the same time, Songjiang takes improving the development ecology of service-oriented manufacturing as the main line and empowering the "6 x" strategic emerging industry system in the g60 science and technology corridor of the Yangtze River Delta as the path. It focuses on promoting service-oriented manufacturing models such as general integrated contracting, research and development design, full life cycle management and supply chain management, so as to promote the transformation of manufacturing enterprises to "manufacturing services" and "product services" and stimulate momentum to cultivate new growth points. After practical exploration, Songjiang has basically built a three-tier demonstration system of national, municipal and district service-oriented manufacturing, and the total number of national and municipal service-oriented manufacturing demonstration enterprises ranks first in Shanghai.

Thanks to the excellent ecology of service-oriented manufacturing development, the green new energy industry in Songjiang District has also made great progress. The new energy power equipment industrial cluster in Songjiang District was first recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as one of the 100 characteristic industrial clusters of small and medium-sized enterprises in the country. It has gathered 110 R & D, design and design in the fields of intelligent power equipment, new energy vehicles, and energy-saving and environmental protection equipment. Production enterprises include 1 national-level manufacturing single champion enterprise (product), 11 national-level specialized and new "little giant" enterprises, and 85 municipal-level enterprises.

As the innovation source of the Yangtze River Delta G60 Science and Technology Corridor, Songjiang District takes service-oriented manufacturing as an important driving force for the development of advanced manufacturing. At present, the number of regulated industrial enterprises in Songjiang District ranks first in Shanghai for two consecutive years, and important indicators such as regulated industrial output value, industrial fixed asset investment, total import and export, and the number of "specialized, special and new" enterprises at the municipal level and above rank second in Shanghai.

The meeting also released the "Three-year Action Plan for Deepening the High-quality Development of Service-oriented Manufacturing Enabling Industry in Songjiang District (2023-2025)". The Action Plan clarifies that in the next three years, the Yangtze River Delta G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor service-oriented manufacturing ecosystem with large radiation, high added value, and strong brand advantages will be basically built to enhance the advantages of the entire industry chain, enhance industrial innovation capabilities, and improve factors Allocation efficiency is the three key directions, and the implementation of service-oriented manufacturing for three years to optimize and upgrade the "seven major projects".

The Action Plan proposes that by 2025, the goal is to build 5 to 10 industrial Internet platforms; newly introduce about 300 service-oriented manufacturing and related companies; form no less than 2 service-oriented manufacturing with distinctive characteristics and strong innovation capabilities Demonstration park, cultivate no less than 2 key service-oriented manufacturing model clusters; cultivate no less than 80 service-oriented manufacturing demonstration enterprises, and no less than 15 design innovation centers.

At the meeting, Songjiang head enterprises shared their experiences, experts analyzed the industrial situation, and leaders at the ministry, city and district levels presented awards to national, municipal and district service-oriented manufacturing demonstration enterprises (platforms and projects), summarizing the "Songjiang experience" of copying and promoting service-oriented manufacturing ".

Shanghai Tiangeng Chemical Co., Ltd. [Hua Yi Tian Xia] was selected as the fifth batch of service-oriented manufacturing demonstration platform in Shanghai.
