Project Overview:

project investment: the total investment is 716.84 million yuan, of which the first phase investment is 340 million yuan and the environmental protection investment is 15 million yuan. The second phase investment is 376.84 million yuan and the environmental protection investment is 10 million yuan. The construction project filing certificate (project code: 2105-370571-04-05-680284) has been obtained, allowing investment and construction.

Project area: south of Qiantang River Road, east of Cangzhou Road and west of Longhai Road in Dongying Economic and Technological Development Zone, with a total area of 145 mu.

The project is planned to be constructed in two phases:

the first phase covers an area of 80 mu, mainly building epoxy resin workshop 1, supporting the construction of warehouse, hazardous waste warehouse, intermediate tank farm, chemical tank farm, comprehensive building, central control room, machine repair room and other facilities, and relying on Dongying Huatai Thermal Power Co., Ltd., Dongying Liancheng Chemical Co., Ltd. part of the public auxiliary facilities, the construction of 3 electronic grade basic epoxy resin production lines;

with epichlorohydrin, bisphenol A, toluene, liquid alkali, diatomite as raw materials, through dissolution, etherification reaction, polycondensation reaction, recovery of epichlorohydrin, purification, water washing, filtration, solvent removal and other processes, annual output of 120000 tons of electronic grade basic epoxy resin.

The second phase covers an area of 65 mu, mainly for the construction of epoxy resin workshop 2, research and development center, pilot plant, high salt water treatment system, as well as supporting the construction of warehouses, intermediate tank farms, chemical tank farms, etc., and relying on some public and auxiliary facilities of Dongying Huatai Thermal Power Co., Ltd., one electronic grade basic epoxy resin production line, two solid epoxy resin production lines and six special epoxy resin production lines will be built.

Phase II uses epichlorohydrin, bisphenol A, toluene, liquid alkali and diatomite as raw materials, through dissolution, etherification reaction, polycondensation reaction, recovery of epichlorohydrin, purification, water washing, filtration, solvent removal and other processes, with an annual output of 40000 tons of electronic grade basic epoxy resin (including 24369.5 tons for the production of solid epoxy resin and special epoxy resin), through polycondensation reaction, cooling crystallization, crushing, packaging and other processes, the annual output of 20000 tons of solid epoxy resin is tons. Using self-produced electronic grade basic epoxy resin, tetrabromobisphenol A and acetone as raw materials, through polyaddition reaction, dissolution, mixing, filtration and other processes, the annual output of 5000 tons of low bromine white rubber epoxy resin is tons. Using self-produced electronic grade basic epoxy resin, tetrabromobisphenol A, phenolic resin and acetone as raw materials, through polyaddition reaction, dissolution, mixing, filtration and other processes, the annual output of 5000 tons of low bromine yellow gum epoxy resin; with self-produced electronic grade basic epoxy resin, bisphenol A, acetone, p-tert-butyl phenol as raw materials, through polyaddition reaction, dissolution, filtration and other processes, the annual output of 5000 tons of halogen-free non-flame retardant epoxy resin; with self-produced electronic grade basic epoxy resin, bisphenol A, phenolic epoxy resin, methyl ethyl ketone, DOPO, DOPO-HQ, tert-butyl phenol as raw materials, through the addition of polymerization reaction, dissolution, filtration and other processes, annual output of 5000 tons of halogen-free flame retardant epoxy resin.
