Process flow
(1) The project maximizes the use of naphtha, C5 fractions and residual oil from the park refining project as raw materials, through catalytic cracking to produce high-value propylene and ethylene-rich carbon two dry gas, to achieve refining integration;
(2) The project maximizes the use of refining project purification synthesis gas and propylene as raw materials, through catalytic carbonyl synthesis, hydrogenation and distillation separation and other series of processes, to obtain n-butanol, isobutanol and isooctanol and other high-end chemical products;
(3) The project makes full use of some of the self-produced styrene, acrylonitrile and ethylene projects to carry out graft polymerization to produce ABS general materials and special materials, to extend the industrial chain, improve product utilization rate and enhance product value;
(4) The project makes full use of the ethylene-rich gas produced by the K-COT plant and the benzene reaction from the refining project to produce ethylbenzene, and then with propylene through the propylene oxide-styrene co-production method to produce propylene oxide and styrene, mostly to improve the product value;
(5) Preliminary chemical raw materials such as C4 raffinate and C4 alkynes are further processed into high-end chemical products such as butene -1 and polybutene -1, making full use of the advantages of refining and chemical raw materials to extend the chemical industry chain and create maximum economic and social benefits. The route used for each set of devices in the project is shown in the following table.

Raw material supply and consumption
The raw and auxiliary materials used in this project are shown in the following table.
The naphtha, C5 fraction, residual oil, benzene, butadiene and other materials from the refining and chemical project in the park are partly sold as products (such as butadiene), partly as fuels (such as purified syngas), and partly as raw materials for other devices (such as naphtha). After the implementation of the project, the existing refining and chemical projects will reduce the export volume of benzene, butadiene and CO2. The purified synthesis gas originally used in the fuel system will be replaced by the rich fuel gas of the project, and the load of other refining units will be reduced in accordance with the principle of less oil and more chemical products for naphtha, C5 fraction, raffinate, etc. of the project. Therefore, it will not increase the pollutant emissions of the refining and chemical project.
Relying on storage and transportation projects
Hengli Petrochemical (Dalian) New Material Technology Co., Ltd. plans to build a 1.6 million-ton/year high-performance resin and new material project ("Resin Project"), a 2.6 million-ton/year high-performance polyester project, a 600,000-ton/year BDO project, a 1.6 million-ton/year fine chemical project and subsequent projects in Changxing Island Industrial Park. In order to better serve the planning project, centralized design and planning are carried out for each project supporting tank farm. Hengli Petrochemical (Dalian) New Material Technology Co., Ltd. plans to build a large supporting tank farm to make overall planning to meet the planning and construction projects and subsequent projects. Storage and transportation needs.
Hengli Petrochemical (Dalian) Fine Chemical Park Storage and Transportation Project is located in Dalian Changxing Island Petrochemical Park, east of the resin project, about 100m from the land boundary of the resin project. It is planned to build 23 tank groups, 19 chemical tank groups and 4 spherical tank groups, with a total tank capacity of 567,000 cubic meters.
