White paint 4(1314-13-2) preparation method: There are mainly three categories: indirect method, direct method and wet chemical method: Indirect method is the raw material of metal zinc ingot or zinc slag obtained through smelting. Zinc is converted into zinc vapor at a high temperature of 1000℃ within graphite crucible, then oxidized by the air to form zinc oxide, and collected zinc oxide particles after cooling tube. The indirect method was promoted by French scientist Le Claire (LeClaire) in 1844, so it is also called French law. The indirect process of producing zinc oxide is simple, and its cost is greatly affected by raw materials. The diameter of zinc oxide particles produced by indirect method is about 0.1-10 μm, and the purity is between 99.5%-99.7%. According to the total output, indirect method is the most important method to produce zinc oxide. Zinc oxide produced by indirect method can be used in rubber, voltage dependent resistor, paint and other industries. The heavy metal content of zinc ingot or zinc slag directly affects the heavy metal impurity content of the product. Products with low heavy metal content can also be used in livestock feed, medicine, medical care and other industries. ? Direct method uses various zinc-containing minerals or sundries as raw materials. Zinc oxide is reduced to metal zinc by steam during heating reaction with Coke, and then oxidized to zinc oxide by oxygen in the air to remove most impurities. The zinc oxide particles obtained by direct method are coarse and the purity of the product is between 75% and 95%, which is generally used in rubber and ceramic industries with lower requirements. Wet chemical method can be roughly divided into two types: acid method and ammonia method. The two use acid or alkali to react with raw materials respectively, and then prepare zinc carbonate or zinc hydroxide precipitation. After filtration, washing, drying and calcination at 800℃, high purity light zinc oxide with particle size of 1-100 nm is finally obtained. Acid method usually reacts zinc-containing raw materials with sulfuric acid to obtain impure zinc sulfate solution containing heavy metal ions. Then, after oxidation and impurity removal, reduction and multiple precipitation, a large amount of iron, manganese, copper, lead, cadmium and arsenic plasma are removed to obtain pure zinc sulfate solution. This solution was neutralized with soda ash to obtain solid basic zinc carbonate. Basic zinc carbonate is washed, dried and calcined to obtain light zinc oxide. The quality of products produced by acid method is relatively high. Ammonia method usually uses ammonia and ammonium bicarbonate to react with zinc-containing raw materials to obtain zinc-ammonia complex, then remove impurities, obtain qualified zinc-ammonia complex solution, and then steam ammonia, convert zinc ammonia complex to basic zinc carbonate. Finally, light zinc oxide is obtained through drying and calcination. The cost of ammonia method is relatively low.
