Product Description

Organic warm box resin is a new type of binder system with high strength, low energy consumption, good collapsibility and high environmental friendliness. It is especially suitable for high-efficiency core making of cast aluminum parts. The binder system includes three components, component I is furan resin, component II is curing agent, and component III is additive.

Product features:

Specifications:

Usage:

1. The addition ratio of each component FW400:1.4%-1.6 (accounting for sand weight),GW06:0.45-0.55% (accounting for sand weight),AW07:0.1% (accounting for sand weight);

2. When an intermittent sand mixer is used in the sand mixing process, the sand and resin are mixed for 45 seconds, then the curing agent is added for 45 seconds, and finally the additive is added for 45 seconds, and then the sand is produced to make the core;

3. Curing temperature and curing time selection

curing temperature: 150-230 ℃, curing time: 5-60s, the thicker the sand core, the longer the curing time; If the curing temperature is high, the curing speed will be fast. If the curing temperature is too low or the time is too short, the sand core will be cured incompletely;

if the curing temperature is too high, the risk of sand core deformation and surface overburning will increase. If the curing time is too long, it will cause overcuring and demoulding difficulty.

Precautions

1. The resin is toxic and irritating, and the curing agent is corrosive and irritating to eyes and skin. Appropriate protective clothing, gloves and goggles/masks should be worn and used in a well-ventilated place;

2. Resin and curing agent are flammable, resin and curing agent and other acid substances can be directly mixed to produce explosion, the use of explosion-proof ventilation system and equipment, the site should be equipped with fire fighting equipment and emergency treatment equipment;

3. Once the eyes are in contact, lift the eyelids, immediately use a large amount of flowing water or normal saline to wash continuously for 15 minutes and then seek medical treatment;

4. Handle with care during handling and loading and unloading;

5. This product should be stored in a dry and ventilated place below 25 ℃ to avoid rain and sun and away from heat sources;

6. Empty containers are strictly prohibited from cutting and heating without thorough cleaning.
