Product Description

The process of CO 2 hardening alkaline phenolic resin is also called β-set method. Sand and resin are mixed evenly to form a core and blown into CO2 for hardening.

Usage:

◎ The addition of alkaline phenolic resin accounts for 2.5 ~ 3.5% of sand weight;

◎ Raw sand + resin (mixed for 1~2min)-> sand is produced, and then the core is molded. According to the size of the core and the sand temperature, the blowing CO2 flow rate is controlled at 10L ~ 25L/min, and the blowing time is 10 seconds to a few minutes.

Precautions

1. This product is alkaline and corrosive. When using, the operator wears protective equipment; once in contact, immediately rinse with flowing water or normal saline and seek medical treatment. Eat, drink enough warm water, induce vomiting, and seek medical treatment;

2. Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Stay away from fire and heat sources. Keep the container sealed. It should be stored separately from the oxidant and should not be mixed. Equipped with corresponding varieties and quantities of fire fighting equipment. The storage area shall be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment and suitable storage materials.
