Product Description

The self-hardening alkaline phenolic resin process is also called α-set method. Sand is mixed with alkaline phenolic resin and organic ester curing agent to form a core and harden at room temperature. It is suitable for alloy steel, carbon steel, high manganese steel, and ductile iron., Aluminum alloy casting production.

Note:

in order to adjust the curing speed, the curing agent HQG1, HQG10, HQG20 can be mixed with each other;

Product packaging:

resin packaging: 250kg iron drums, 1000kg plastic cans; curing agent packaging: 25kg plastic drums, 200kg iron drums, 1000kg plastic cans

Usage:

1. Proportion: resin 1.1-2.0% (accounting for sand weight) and curing agent 20-25% (accounting for resin weight);

2. Sand mixing process: first mix the sand with the curing agent, and then add the resin, the sand mixing time is usually 5-60 seconds;

3. Curing speed adjustment (A + B + C alkaline phenolic resin curing agent automatic control instrument can be used): when the curing speed needs to be adjusted, replace different types of curing agents or mix curing agents with different curing speeds, as shown in the following figure (20 ℃).

1. This product is alkaline and corrosive. When using, the operator wears protective equipment; once in contact, immediately rinse with flowing water or normal saline and seek medical treatment. Eat, drink enough warm water, induce vomiting, and seek medical treatment;

2. Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Stay away from fire and heat sources. Keep the container sealed. It should be stored separately from the oxidant and should not be mixed. Equipped with corresponding varieties and quantities of fire fighting equipment. The storage area shall be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment and suitable storage materials;

3. It is strictly prohibited to mix directly with curing agent, and it is strictly prohibited to cut and heat the empty container without thorough cleaning.

HQG and ZQ series curing agents

1. This product may have stimulating effect. When using, the operator should wear protective equipment and pay attention to ventilation at the work site; Once in contact, immediately rinse with flowing water or normal saline and seek medical treatment;

2. Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse. Stay away from fire and heat sources. Keep the container sealed. In case of high heat, open flame or contact with oxidant, there is a risk of combustion. It should be stored separately from the oxidant and should not be mixed. Equipped with corresponding varieties and quantities of fire fighting equipment. The storage area shall be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment and suitable storage materials;

3. Empty containers are strictly prohibited from cutting and heating without thorough cleaning.
