Product Applications

It is used for flame retardant high resilience foam, cold molded soft foam, semi-rigid foam, self-skinning foam, reaction injection molded products and other materials. Structural flame retardant polymer polyol, combined with highly active Polyether polyol can significantly improve the flame retardant performance of high resilience foam and improve the supporting performance of foam at the same time. Compared with ordinary polymer polyols, this product has extremely strong opening property, and 25-29% high rebound block foam should be used to prevent excessive opening from causing bubble collapse.

Security

Storage conditions： When transporting ZR-001, it should be strictly protected against rain and dirt, and be careful to handle it to prevent leakage caused by collision with hard objects. When storing ZR-001, it should be stored at room temperature in a ventilated and dry warehouse to avoid being in a humid environment, and the storage temperature should be kept below 50℃, so as to avoid sun exposure, away from water sources, heat source. Or sealed storage in containers made of steel, aluminum, polyethylene or polypropylene. To prevent moisture absorption and oxidation, it is recommended to fill the containers with nitrogen. If the storage temperature is higher than 60℃, the product quality will decrease. Short-term heating or cooling has little effect on the quality of the product, but attention should be paid to the obvious increase in viscosity when the product is at a lower temperature, this situation may bring some difficulties to the production and processing process.
