Product Applications

It is used for the synthesis of amine-terminated Polyether and the preparation of various hard foam insulation materials. The 3-functional hydroxyl-terminated polypropylene oxide ether with a molecular weight of 440 can be synthesized amine-terminated Polyether under ammoniation. It is applied to epoxy resin curing agent or polyurethane reaction crosslinking agent with low viscosity and high activity, good color characteristics.

Security

Storage conditions： When transporting T-403, it should be strictly protected against rain and dirt, and be careful to handle it to prevent leakage caused by collision with hard objects. When storing T-403, it should be stored at room temperature in a ventilated and dry warehouse to avoid being in a humid environment, and the storage temperature should be kept below 50℃, so as to avoid sun exposure, away from water sources, heat source. Or sealed storage in containers made of steel, aluminum, polyethylene or polypropylene. To prevent moisture absorption and oxidation, it is recommended to fill the containers with nitrogen. If the storage temperature is higher than 60℃, the product quality will decrease. Short-term heating or cooling has little effect on the quality of the product, but attention should be paid to the obvious increase in viscosity when the product is at a lower temperature, this situation may bring some difficulties to the production and processing process.
