Product Applications

Low unsaturation 400-4000 molecular weight polypropylene oxide ether diol can be used in various polyurethane waterproof series products as the basic component of the soft segment structure of polyurethane products. DL series products are mainly aimed at CASE series products, with the molecular weight expanded from 400 to 4000. With the increase of Polyether molecular weight in specific application, the elongation at break of products gradually increases and the tensile strength gradually decreases, the hardness of the product is gradually reduced. Customers can choose products with different molecular weights according to their own product needs, and can also match MN-3050DF, EP-330NG, 10LD76E/10LD76EK, 10LD83E/10LD83EK, EP-3600 improve the tensile strength of the product.

Security

Storage conditions： When transporting DL-1000D, it should be strictly protected against rain and dirt, and be careful to handle it to prevent leakage caused by collision with hard objects. When storing DL-1000D, it should be stored at room temperature in a ventilated and dry warehouse to avoid being in a humid environment, and the storage temperature should be kept below 50℃, so as to avoid sun exposure, away from water sources, heat source. Or sealed storage in containers made of steel, aluminum, polyethylene or polypropylene. To prevent moisture absorption and oxidation, it is recommended to fill the containers with nitrogen. If the storage temperature is higher than 60℃, the product quality will decrease. Short-term heating or cooling has little effect on the quality of the product, but attention should be paid to the obvious increase in viscosity when the product is at a lower temperature, this situation may bring some difficulties to the production and processing process.
