Product Description

Aliphatic superplasticizer has two states of powder and liquid. HSB(High Strence Bing), namely aliphatic superplasticizer, is carbonyl pyroaldehyde synthesized by polymer sulfonation. The hydrophobic base main chain is aliphatic hydrocarbons, hereinafter referred to as HSB, which is a water reducing agent developed in Henan Province. The main raw materials of this product are NaOH, concentrated sulfuric acid, acetone, formaldehyde, etc. It has wide applicability to cement, obvious reinforcement effect on concrete, small slump loss, and no sodium sulfate crystallization at low temperature. It is widely used in the preparation of pumping agents, retarding, early strength, antifreeze, air entraining and other personalized water reducing agents. It can also be used in combination with naphthalene series water reducing agent, amino water reducing agent, and polycarboxylate water reducing agent.

Product Applications

1. Find out the best dosage through experiments, and the recommended dosage is 1.5-2%;

2. HSB and mixing water can be added to the concrete together, or post-addition can be adopted. Adding HSB concrete should be prolonged for 30 seconds;

3. Due to the high water reducing rate of HSB, before the initial setting of concrete, a layer of yellow pulp will be sprouted on the surface, which is a normal phenomenon. After the concrete is finished, the color will be eliminated, or after the strength on the concrete, the color will be eliminated naturally, and the color of watering and curing will be eliminated faster without affecting the internal and surface properties of the concrete.
