1. For general-purpose ABS, it can be directly mixed with SAN for granulation. It is recommended to use Daqing SAN-327 and Guoheng SAN-168, because they have the best nitrile content and high rubber powder matching, which conforms to the similar compatibility rules. The blending ratio is generally 23-28:77-72, which can reach the ideal physical property index (other additives are added according to the normal ratio, the internal lubricant is 0.8-1.0, the external lubricant is about 0.5, and the antioxidant is about 0.3). In fact, the emulsion grafting bulk SAN blending method commonly used by domestic ABS manufacturers now needs to get ABS rubber powder and SAN blending, so there are Daqing, new lake, Guoheng, it is not surprising that high-rubber powder of Taiwan and other brands, because ABS High-rubber powder is originally its upstream product, which can continue to make general ABS, or be sold as a finished product.
2. As for modified ABS products, as for general ABS, ABS high rubber powder needs to be mixed with SAN. The only difference is to add other additives while mixing, such as flame retardant ABS, flame retardant and flame retardant synergist need to be added (typical formula: ABS powder 30%-40%, SAN, flame retardant and auxiliary agent 70%-60%) ; Heat-resistant components need to be added to make heat-resistant ABS; make ABS containing glass fiber and add glass fiber filler.
3. Making ABS alloy products, such as PA/ABS alloy, PMMA/ABS alloy, PBT/ABS alloy, the so-called alloy material, is nothing more than physical blending of two or more materials according to a certain proportion, learn from each other to make up for each other to obtain materials with better comprehensive performance. As the ABS component, SAN and high rubber powder are also needed to be mixed. The only difference is that the proportion in the alloy is small, for example, when producing pc alloy, generally, 8-12 parts of high rubber powder are required (typical formula: ABS powder 30%-50%, SAN, PC, additive 70%-50%). In the performance index, the impact reaches 600J/m, and the thermal deformation temperature is 110℃, rockwell hardness is about 110.
4. Toughened ABS return material, PC/ABS return material, etc., no matter the new material return material, its impact strength is provided by rubber powder. The impact strength of the return material decreases greatly due to butadiene aging in rubber, the impact strength can be enhanced by adding new rubber powder.
