phenolic foam is a kind of foam obtained by foaming phenolic resin under the action of catalyst.

Compared with organic foams such as polystyrene foam and polyurethane foam, it has the characteristics of heat resistance, flame resistance, flame penetration resistance, low smoke and low toxicity, low thermal conductivity, wide use temperature, corrosion resistance and aging resistance, and dimensional stability.

Compared with inorganic insulating materials such as rock wool and glass wool, it has the advantages of light weight, low thermal conductivity and good sound insulation effect.

From the cell structure, there are two kinds of phenolic foams, namely open-cell clay foam and closed-cell thermal insulation foam. Flower mud foam is used to store flowers, usually dyed green with paint. Flower mud should absorb water quickly, flow rate is slow, easy to cut but not too brittle. Closed-cell phenolic foam is mainly used in the fields of external wall insulation, equipment insulation, air conditioning and ventilation pipes, underground filling and reinforcement, etc.

[Packaging, Storage and Transportation] Generally, 240kg iron drum or 25kg plastic drum is used for packaging. Resin must be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place, away from heat sources and dust. Avoid direct sunlight during transportation and stay away from heat sources.
