The PF-1350 series is a fast-gathering series. For hollow cores, emptying is better.

PF-1901 series is a high-strength series, which is generally not used alone and can be used with PF-1350 series resins according to different performance requirements.

Environmentally friendly liquid resin PF1201 can be used with other thermoplastic resins to reduce the amount of urotropine added, greatly reduce the odor during core molding, improve the quality of workshop working environment, reduce the release of gas during casting, and avoid the problem of casting pores. Suitable for cast iron and cast steel fields.

Under this process condition, the strength of Shengquan resin can be the highest. In addition, we suggest that when using our company's resin, try not to add liquid plasticizers such as dibutyl phthalate. Otherwise, the fluidity of the coated sand becomes poor, the melting point is low, the strength is low, and it is easy to agglomerate during storage, and the strength decreases. When shooting the core, the smell becomes larger, the core is brittle, and the defects such as choking fire and pores are easy to occur during casting.

It is recommended to use KH-550 reinforcing agent. When using, the KH-550 can be added to 100ml of water, and then added to the sand mixer when the resin is coated for 20-40 seconds.

Liquid resin: packaging form is 200KG/barrel, chemical barrel. Resin must be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place (below 25 ℃), avoid direct sunlight and stay away from heat sources. During storage and transportation, the resin should contact the heat source or collide intensely. The product is valid for 1 month (according to ambient temperature).
